Our initial tier, perfect for homeowners seeking professional insight on existing plants or initial design direction.

• Comprehensive Evaluation: We will walk your property together, provide a comprehensive evaluation of your current landscape, note any overgrown plant material, recommend pruning or removal of plant material, as well as potential drainage concerns.
• Personalized Recommendations: We make our recommendations, and discuss your wishes for specific plant material, seasonal color, privacy screening, specific outdoor use areas, and other outdoor features.
• Next Steps: At the end of our consultation, if you have interest in a site-view design plan, we can provide a quote and schedule a second meeting to review the design.

There is a $125 fee for this initial consultation, which is credited back to your project if you decide to move forward with a site-view design plan.

On-Site Coaching & Plant Layout

Collaborative Support

A mid-level tier designed for homeowners who want guidance to handle the physical planting themselves.

• Exact Plant Layout: Proper spacing and placement of all newly purchased plant material.
• Technical Preparation Training: Step-by-step guidance on proper soil amending, planting instruction, bed preparation and edging.
• Pruning & Care Instruction: Real-time, hands-on training on how to properly water, fertilize, and maintain your specific plants as they mature.

On-site coaching is an additional service billed at an hourly rate of $125, separate from the initial scaled design drawing phase.

Full Service: Project Coordination

Turnkey Management

Our most comprehensive tier. From the first site-view plan to the final shovel in the ground, I manage every phase so you do not have to lift a finger.

• Trusted Contractor Management: I will coordinate the installation process with my network of trusted, skilled landscape partners to ensure the installation follows every detail of the design plan.
• Follow Up: Upon installation of the landscape project, I will meet with you at your property site to confirm all plant material was installed per plan and answer any questions.
